Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Es erwartet Sie ein stilvolles Ambiente mit Pool und zwei großen Terrassen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf den Neusiedlersee. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

An exclusive apartment with a roof terrace awaits you in Thermenland. The very popular Loipersdorf thermal spa is only 4 kilometers away. Many other destinations are very close. Two e-bikes, a table tennis table, a large fireplace, a hot tub and a small pond with terrace pamper you. A hiking trail leads right past the house. Wine taverns, restaurants with traditional cuisine and wine tastings pamper your palate.
