Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. The space is about 30 square meters and can house four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
