Newly renovated limestone house near Herta beach

Welcome to the limestone house near Herta/Hörte strand. Here you live quiet and rural and with cycling distance to the beach, bakery and grocery store. A few hundred meters to the farm shop with fresh vegetables and eggs. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms and a conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, convection oven from Smeg, Moccamaster and VitaMixer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoors, there are three private patios and a private barbecue grill.

Cabin on southern Gotland

A modern cabin with 6 beds in a beautiful cultural landscape surrounded by meadows and oak forests. The house has many balconies, so just choose the one that suits you. The evening sun is wonderful! The house has all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue grill and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Southern Gotland offers magical environments with sandy beaches, limestone stacks and a rich cultural life.

Art studio

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. You will live within cycling distance to the sea in a village on southern Gotland, near Herta beach. In the village there is both a nice bistro and a finer restaurant as well as a beach café. The upper floor of the house is a studio for textile crafts and painting. The studio is used for arts and crafts during the winter half year. The lower floor is decorated as a modern home. The house is a Gotland limestone house from 1900. The house is close to two nice golf courses, Gumbalde in Stånga and När.

Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. Here you can stay comfortably in your own part of the garden with many facilities that make your stay peaceful and enjoyable. We offer a total of 6 beds, divided between a loft and a bedroom. The accommodation is just under a 10-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Herta. Just over 1 kilometre away is the parish bistro, which offers good food and drink. In the surrounding area, there are lovely farm shops, bakeries and fishmongers. Warm welcome!

Cosy tiny houses close to nature - animals are welcome

Welcome here with family, dog and friends. My Labrador Freja is a nice dog that is usually loose on the plot. In Burs are two nice restaurants and it is 6.5 km to the beach. Perfect for outdoor recreation and relaxation. In the Annex there are two beds in the loft, kitchen with dining area and bathroom. In Brygghuset there are two beds in the loft (divisible double bed), sofa, armchairs, bunk bed and wood-burning stove in the ground floor. Six houses in total on the farm, two of which are yours. We share the loft in the barn.

Udden

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. A traditional Gotland farm by the sea, alone located at the end of the headland. View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching! The sea is just a few steps away, hike through the meadows with wild flowers, the long beach with untouched soft sand, stretches one km. The surroundings, the light, the sky – especially the stars at night – the "Milky Way".

Charmigt hus i Burs

An old ceramics workshop converted into a summer residence with a charming industrial feel. Bright, open spaces overlooking beautiful, green fields and an organic farm. In the garden, there is also a newly-made orangery where you can sit sheltered and have a coffee or a drink. The house is our summer residence in the summer and is used frequently during all our free time. Some renovation remains, such as the walls upstairs being unpainted, but the house is fully functional and a wonderful place to stay.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
