Haeundae white sand beach, Dalmaji, and Songjeong can be reached within 10 minutes by car, and Haeundae New City Market and downtown grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk. There is a separate water purifier for posting, and there are various convenience products such as Bang & Olufsen speaker, Dyson air purifier, Dyson dryer, and Stenbaimi. The outdoor jacuzzi is not available from November to March, and the jacuzzi hot water fee is 50,000 KRW. (It will take about 2 hours to receive hot water)
