If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

This space is located in beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood. Most homes were built in the in the early 1920's. Our home was built in 2005. This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit

Mid-Town/Butler/Broadripple Village Mid-Century

Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.

This corner has several great restaurants and brew pubs within steps of the front porch. Two blocks away, the Monon Trail resides and is Indy’s favorite way to walk and bike its most eclectic and lively neighborhoods. Bike share rentals are one block away.
