This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

“Little Havana” Studio in Downtown Chico

Turn of the century building in downtown Chico, Ca features an UPSTAIRS studio apartment (no elevator) with a fully adjustable Queen size bed. Complimentary parking is available for long term stays. Centrally located in downtown, this studio is a two to five minute walk to restaurants, night life and shopping and Chico State University.
