Chico State University, Bidwell Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Enloe Hospital & are minutes away by car. Rental bikes are available 1 block away to explore the city & park system.

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
