There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross country trail just behind the cabin, and you can go on an alpine ski just outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking
