Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

House in the middle of nature near the sea

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Guesthouse near the sea in Djupvik

Lovely peaceful guest house with two rooms near the sea (150 m). The sunset is magical! Suitable for people interested in nature and walks. Close to swimming area and bike paths along the sea. Beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful. Approximately 6 km to a grocery store. Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and porcelain. Water for cooking is collected in the bathroom in the adjacent building. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and dishwasher.

The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to live in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Fridge, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired fireplace and TV. Fresh bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Possibility to rent smaller rowing / motor boat, canoe and kayak.

Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
