Cozy house in the countryside

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

It is a three-minute walk from the historic center of Pontedeume, several beaches and the train station. The As Fragas do Eume Natural Park is an eight-minute drive away, the city of Ferrol is fifteen minutes away, and the city of A Coruña is half an hour away.
