Holiday rentals with lake access in Cabreúva

I spent a weekend with my family in the house, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the pictures! The kitchen and laundry is are super-equipped, everything we need had there, we didn't miss anything. Bed and towel linen were clean, and they did not smell of guarded. Super recommend your stay, access to the condominium is also easy.

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

Our stay at Mari's place was great. We were very well received by her and her husband at the beginning, who showed us everything and gave us instructions and tips. The accommodation was a delight, the place is super quiet and very good. We will return more often.

The accommodation offered by Mariana and her family allowed us to disconnect from the routine and tribulations of life in São Paulo. A super well thought out and cared for place, cozy, and very beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, airy and clean. The balcony is a great place to rest in the shade or during a light rain. The pool receives its daily care and we were very happy to find a pool ladder that was very accessible for my elderly parents. My sister took her "puppy" and we felt very safe, as every area has gates and fences (discreet and efficient). After months of not being able to play tennis due to health treatment, my father was able to hit a ball on one of the condominium's great courts. Communication with Mariana and the staff who assisted us on arrival at the house was excellent, always helpful and quick. Definitely a nice, safe, very special place!! Thank you Mariana and family for making the space available =)

It's our second time at Lays' house, and we love staying there. Lays is very polite and helpful. We loved the house, again it was clean and with everything we needed. The caretaker takes care of the pool every morning and keeps everything clean for our use. The condominium is super safe and has a beautiful view. Of course, we'll be back soon.

Our stay during the carnival was excellent, there was nothing missing, everything as expected and described in the announcement. Since we had already lined up and answered questions before the checkin, everything was very quiet, yet the host asked if everything was okay.

We had a very nice weekend as a family. The house is beautiful, modern and super equipped … we were delighted with the place. Absolutely nothing was missing from our stay, everything we needed was there, available. We'll definitely be back more often.

Amazing stay, the house is exactly as in the description, very safe and easy to access condominium, super simple check in the house, it is extremely cozy, organized and modern, amazing to enjoy with the family. Very quiet in it and in the condominium, I would definitely return and recommend it to those who are looking for a safe and beautiful place to rest with great tranquility.

Wonderful stay in Alphaville. Fábio was extremely attentive and exceeded our expectations in service, assisting us with everything and always available. The building is excellent, well located, with quick check-in, a garage and a market for emergency shopping! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, comfortable, well decorated and with all the necessary appliances (it even has a dryer). We will definitely stay with this host again. Super recommended! <3

Complete apartment, with great location in Indaiatuba, next to the Ecological Park and restaurants. Very easy access. The desk in the room was extremely useful for home office work and the owners were sensational, very helpful and kind.

We loved our stay. The space was comfortable, well equipped and super welcoming. Fábio was an exceptional host, always attentive and quick to answer any questions. We feel very well taken care of during the whole stay. Without a doubt, it will be our choice again in the future!

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

Adriano from the first moment proved to be an excellent person, both with communication and with our doubts, helped us at all times besides being an amazing person! Being in a beautiful place with a host like him, I speak for all my friends! Know that his kindness and the farm makes you want to come back or not leave for sure ☺️ we'll be back!

very good outdoor area. We took advantage of the countryside and especially the pool. great for children due to the solar heating. fast and clear communication with the host. would rent the house again.

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Mariana and her family were kind and helpful from the beginning. Sharing extremely clear tips and instructions about the stay. We had a delay in the scheduled check-in time and were still flexible and still received us with a delicious cake and lots of sympathy. I spent the weekend in the house to celebrate my father's birthday as a family and it couldn't have been better. The house is better than in the photos, the kitchen had complete utensils, the house accommodated us super well, and the view to the lake is great, not to mention that the place is very quiet in quiet. We love and hope to return soon!
