Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld

Casa Maurilia

In a quiet area, cozy accommodation on the ground floor. Supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, train station and bus stops are nearby. A few dozen meters away you can access the "Dolomites Cycle Path" that goes from Calalzo to Cortina d'Ampezzo. A short distance away there is a bicycle rental service. Ideal location for summer and winter walks and hikes. Very convenient base for reaching the ski slopes of Cortina, Auronzo and Misurina.
