We designed/built our home and are ready to share it. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it's the perfect combo. The sitting room, dining & kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light and spacious & boasts country & distant sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also has an ensuite shower room.

The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.
