Alessandra offers wonderful accommodations! Well lit with beautiful views the apartment is comfortable and warm in winter. It sits on the lower edge of town with a very pretty 5 minute walk up to the town center with shops and restaurants galore. Or short walks down to medieval town gates where you’ll find more shops and restaurants. Alessandra was always friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any questions or requests. We stayed almost two weeks as a hub to enjoy Assisi and surrounding Umbria and would stay at Alessandra‘s Place again.

Dario's place is in a pedestrian street in Perugia, in an ancient palace that retains the charm of time in the room: high ceilings and large living room with fireplace that give the environment a welcoming and timeless atmosphere. The area is frequented by young people and the pubs below the house are home to the Perugian nightlife: you can breathe the rhythm. Like all areas frequented by young people, it is noisy during the evening, but this was not a disturbance. The apartment is clean. The bathroom is very nice: large and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Highly recommended.

i only stayed one night at Valentina's place, her mother Manuela welcomed us with extreme kindness , she explained everything to us. I absolutely recommend this extremely comfortable apartment and impeccable cleanliness. i stayed with my husband and three very young children, one of whom was an infant and we had a really good time.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Perugia. Well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it. Daniele and his co-hosts were great - very responsive and welcoming. Location wise, there's a bus stop right outside, or it's a just a c.25 minute walk to the centre. And it was very easy to visit other local towns and sights by car from the apartment too. A fantastic stay!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

We stayed at this beautiful villa during the Christmas period, and the experience was simply perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with a pool, gives an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that has won us right away. A special thank you to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always available people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious issue during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day than expected, helping us with great kindness. An ideal place for those looking for tranquility, comfort and hospitality of the highest level. We can only recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon! Thank you so much for everything!

What to start from, I would start by saying first that it was a resounding experience. Danilo at the welcome immediately made us feel at home, presenting himself as a polite and handy person; it was very pleasant to exchange words with him! Moving the speech to talk about the place, I would spend one adjective, INCREDIBLE. This is because it has exceeded our expectations: Impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every accessory (without exaggerating), the outdoor area literally the icing on the cake. We stayed for 2 nights and it was enough to fully understand how much attention to detail is behind it. In conclusion, I can say that this place will remain the first choice if there will be an opportunity to return to the area for a few days and I will recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is in an ideal position to walk to both the beach and downtown. The description matches the reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious environments. Great communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really pleasant stay.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've been to through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are great hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also a short drive from the Pian di Massiano mini metro with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.
