El apartamento Can Pons está situado en plena naturaleza junto otros 2 apartamentos dispone de una plaza de parking, barbacoa y piscina compartida con los otros 2 aptos. Su situación es inmejorable ya que estamos a dos minutos de la playa y muy cerca del "camí de cavalls" que le llevará a Cala Mitjana o Cala Macarella, también puede encontrar cerca restaurantes, supermercados, parada de bus. Llevamos muchos años alquilando con buenas críticas pero al ser un anuncio nuevo han quedado eliminados.

Las terrazas recorren toda la fachada orientada al mar y ofrecen vistas abiertas, con distintos espacios para relajarse.
