Ground floor: fitted kitchen + table + toilet and upstairs: bed + shower + sink It is off-centre from the city centre of Marseille (4.5 km from the port of Pointe Rouge and 15 km from the old port); Walking, climbing and swimming, several restaurants or brewery but only one grocery store for your groceries

A small bathroom separated from the bedroom with wardrobe. You have access to a terrace consisting of a garden furniture, deckchairs, and table/chairs. An electric BBQ is at your disposal. To access this terrace you have to leave the property and walk 5m . A gate hides the terrace. You will be in a quiet place and out of sight
