Il POSTO UMBRIA is large hilltop property with an olive grove in the middle of the Umbrian nature. It's quiet and peaceful yet not isolated. It has a large pool (10x15m) and lots of sunny areas as well as shaded spots under the trees. There are options to book culinary experiences and activities: truffle hunting, wine tastings and cooking classes. Villa Alba, on the hill, by the sea.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.
