Holiday rentals in Calhoun County

It’s rustic, and in the woods so expect some bugs possibly inside - nothing crazy if you’re used to cabins in the woods (it doesn’t scare our family). If that doesn’t scare you, this is an awesome place! It is well stocked with dvds and a dvd player, loft style with spacious downstairs. Great dark nights for sleep! Kitchen has what you need plus some room to move around. Front porch area is spacious and good for seating/gathering, and what a beautiful star show at night! We drove up in a loaded down Prius so don’t let the well maintained dirt road and driveway intimidate you. We worked in Oxford while staying in this cabin, it was a short and smooth 30 minute drive both ways. Love it, we will stay here again if in this area!

We've stayed at Linda's places a few times now, and this time was excellent as always! Extremely accommodating...we had a family emergency and Linda was so kind and helpful! My family was not going to Grenada for a vacation but a beloved family members funeral. That being said, we all commented how we would love to come back to this home for a vacation as it was so cozy and relaxing we fell for it right away. Plenty of sleep space, plenty of comfort amenities and a beautiful location. We would recommend highly and if we come back to Grenada anytime we will look for this property again to stay.

this w as a perfect stay, no issues, Penny was always very responsive. Her place was very clean and beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby LOL. I highly recommend booking with Penny.

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Our host Elle was very responsive and provided wonderful hospitality with thoughtful touches such as light breakfast food(bagels, juice, etc..), a handwritten welcome note with additional information, and just an overall welcoming feeling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can be on campus at Ole Miss or on the Square in Oxford is 5 min or less. It’s a great location. I highly recommend this home and Elle.

We enjoyed our stay at Barry's house. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Far enough from Oxford to get out of the hustle of town but close enough to feel like you could enjoy all that Oxford offers. We also loved the pool table upstairs and had many nights playing to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely stay at Barry's home again in a heartbeat.
