A very pleasant place, located on the seafront, in front of Praia da Espera, which is considered the most beautiful beach in Itacimirim, a condominium with 24-hour security, a swimming pool with lanes, a children's pool, a playground, two gourmet areas with a barbecue grill, two private garages, a 4K 50-inch TV, internet, Netflix, a covered balcony, a hammock, a super pleasant place, it can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old, 2 en-suites with air-conditioning, a toilet, a service area, a laundry room, an ice maker in the condominium

Paradise house facing the sea, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 3 full beds, 6 single beds, 2 bunk beds and 4 hammocks. Full kitchen (no need to bring anything), large living room with smart TV and Netflix, 2 social bathrooms. Outdoor grassy area with garden, super deck on the sand 10 steps from the sea water, 3 natural pools, Sun and Moon are born right in front of the house. We have a shower after the beach, a table for 12 people, a barbecue and a good shade to relax under our Jasmine tree!

Newly built house with 3/4 ground floor with 2 en-suites, is 5 minutes from Guarajuba and 15 minutes to Praia do Forte. Gated community with security, restaurant, market and access to the beach and river. By car to the beach takes about 3 minutes, walking around 15 minutes, within a gated community. I don't rent for parties and events. I do not accept visitors and I do not accept people above the reservation! Pet fee!
