Impressive house designed among trees, located in a village, facing a valley, with a swimming pool and deck for a privileged view. This villa is located on private, quiet and equipped land. The house was designed based on the preservation of existing trees on the property, so it is possible to observe the incorporation of these elements in the project. The house itself is full of natural light, due to the large glass frames and the 5m ceiling height, also making it ventilated all day.

The highlight of the house is the SWIMMING POOL with its 125 square meter area with an integrated wet bar! We also have a grass soccer field! Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room and tranquility! The house is located at k 21 PE 27 of Aldeia road. It is on the Avenue and although there is a small shopping center nearby. The place is very quiet. The grounds are all walled. We have a swimming pool, volleyball net, dominoes board and barbecue grill. We can accommodate up to 10 people.
