This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

Great place to stay with a large group of people. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The pool was the perfect amenity after being out all day, it was refreshing to come back and swim. Great place and would recommend to others.

The place was such a nice retreat from the hustle and heat of siem ream reap. We had a large group of family and friends (including older adults and babies) and the villa was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own bathrooms attached to their rooms. We cooked meals and ate outside every evening. We had a car so we could easily park on the property. We hung out by the pool every afternoon to distract us from the heat. It was perfect. Ma Ra was such a great host and even joined my parents for a lovely evening chat once in a while. My parents appreciated it so much. Can’t wait to stay here next time we visit Siem Reap.

The Villa has a resort feel but is small and private. The room is as described with a small private pool (not too cold and perfect after a long hot day). The room has a king poster bed with mosquito net, and the AC is powerful. The on-site restaurant is convenient for early morning breakfasts or late dinners. It’s a bit further out from city center, but it’s worth it for the peaceful vibes and resort feel. You have many transportation options, and there is sometimes a tuk-tuk driver waiting outside. The concierge can help you make reservations or arrange for airport transfer.

Mandi's place was truly a hidden gem in Kep. It was just a little off then main road to Kep beach. It was an amazingly beautiful place. The photos don't do justice. It was larger in real life. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. The pool by the main bedroom was so cool and decorated with lighting. It was more beautiful when in the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need to cook a meal. Mandi and Steve are indeed superhosts! We felt their warm hospitality from the moment we made the reservation until we left. They provide clear instructions so the check in process was a breeze. They were so kind to let us check in earlier than the check in time. Our family truly loved our stay with Mandi and Steve and we would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking for a retreat in a quiet and serene place. Thanks again, Mandi and Steve!

I enjoyed my stay so much last year, I decided to book another one month stay at Many's place on this year's visit to Kampot. Great location, you can walk anywhere. Riverside, restaurants, bars, etc... only minutes away. The street is relaxing and generally pretty quiet at night. loved the convenience of being able to wash my clothes in the kitchen and set them out on the balcony to dry. Also, being able to boil some eggs, or a simple dish on their gas stove was nice while also an added money saver. One other note I may add is that when coming down via a van service, the Kim Seng express station is only about 50 meters away. it is convenient to be off the van, with no need to find a driver and navigate to your place. you are practically already there!

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Fantastic apartment. One of those rare finds that actually does look better than the pics and is more spacious. Self Checkin was a breeze, even late at night. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries/ requests nearly instantly. Amenities provided were comparable to a luxury hotel. A complimentary bottle of wine at check-in added that extra caring touch showing the host knows hospitality. Only caveat- the stairs that lead up to the apartment are few, but still possibly steep for those with mobility concerns / elderly All in all, highly recommended both for the place and exemplary service from host.
