Great stay. Lovely having fully self contained.

Perfect location after a day at Newmarket races. Listing just as described, immaculately clean and tidy. Little welcome basket of water and crisps was a nice touch. Easy walk in to Newmarket town for food. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Emma and her Mum Clare are great hosts and made us very welcome. We spent 5 days at this beautiful property. It’s situated in the extensive grounds of the main house but is very private and peaceful. We can recommend this property, it is better than described and the pictures might suggest. Clare lovely to meet you and hope we will see you again on our next visit. David and Camilla

had a wonderful stay at Christopher and Sheena’s apartment at The Levels, Cambridge from January 26th to February 7th. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city centre, public transport, and local amenities. Christopher and Sheena were fantastic hosts—responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. They ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay and were always available for any queries. The apartment itself was modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a long stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and the overall atmosphere was cosy and quiet, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambridge and would definitely stay here again in the future! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Spotlessly clean recently refurbished to a high standard with luxurious bedding & furnishings. Rebecca was very welcoming & helpful as were all the staff on the yard. A really beautiful place to stay. Cannot recommend highly enough we will definitely be returning.

We loved Louise’s flat! It was the perfect base for a university friends reunion. We booked last minute but Louise was super helpful and made sure that the flat was ready in plenty of time. She even left us chocolate biscuits! The flat itself is really spacious, modern and clean. A real find that we hope to use again.

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

Amanda’s condo is perfect! Located in beautiful countryside and near some lovely villages, the condo is compact yet feels roomy and has everything you need. It is very tastefully appointed and Amanda is a superb host - responsive and proactive to ensure a great stay.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in Cambridge! The location is perfect — very central, close to the train station and within walking distance to shops and supermarkets, which made everything so convenient, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a five-star hotel with the warmth of home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. What made our stay even more special were the hosts, Angeline and Gor. They were extremely kind, friendly, empathetic, helpful, and professional. We felt genuinely cared for. They always responded quickly and were ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and thoughtful approach made us feel completely at home — even with a young child, we were totally at ease. It is a cozy flat with enough space for up to 3-4 people. Can recommend it if you plan a short stop in Cambridge. Easy to find and good communication with the owner.

Had a great stay at this apartment in Cambridge. The location is perfect - new building close to the station. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

The Hayloft is beautifully situated in the lovely small town of Clare with all amenities in walking distance - the chip shop just a few yards! We know Clare well but had no idea that this place existed. Great dog walks in the park. Private parking - essential in Clare. We had a great time visiting old friends and old haunts. Many thanks Alison - we may well come again!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was exactly as presented in pictures. Iris was very responsive. She was also very helpful providing local recommendations. Area is quiet. Easily walkable tonight Hitchin train station and town. Walked into town several times for coffee, shopping, groceries and meals. Tesco Express was also walkable. Used Uber and Bolt easily to get around.

Brett is a fantastic host, and the flat is one of our favorites we've ever stayed in! Has everything you could need for a short or long stay, the perfect size for two people, tons of character and a lovely view out the front windows. Great for remote work too, as the internet was speedy and reliable. Highly recommend this flat!

This is a really lovely apartment. Absolutely spotless and great location for a family - few min walk to a sainsbury's, a cafe, library, playground and skate park. My kids loved watching the football practices going on at the pitch opposite from the balcony. The only feedback I'd give is that the curtains are quite light and let in a lot of sun, in case that bothers you for babies etc. The windows only open a crack and it's a 3rd floor apartment so it may be very warm in the summer. I went in April and the place was already warm as the sun set. There's only one fan in the living area, so I'd suggest the bedrooms will get a bit stuffy at night in summer. Other than that, the place is perfect!

What a find, this annexe! Very comfortable indeed! Close to Cambridge and some lovely estates (Anglesey Abbey, Tea Gardens Grantchester, etc). All amenities are provided, the bedroom and walk in dressing are a big size. Very comfortable bed. When the sun is out (and it was) the lovely garden is a great plus! Viv was always ready to help or give information when we needed it. Jams, butter, milk, coffee, tea, drinks etc were all provided. It felt like a home from home. We do hope to come again.

perfect place for me commuting to Addenbrookes. Alexandra is a great host, she has been extremely flexible and quick to respond.

What stood out for us was the beautiful bed linen, towels, extras like tea, coffee, cereal and milk. We had a great stay.

Emanuel’s and Eddie were great hosts. The location was perfect for my needs, walking distance to my daughter’s house. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood just a short car ride to the center of town. And also very close to a bus stop. It was a very nice stay! Thank you!

Thanks Lynne, your annex accommodation is great. It was comfortable and warm, clean and colourful. Generous breakfast and sweet treats supplied. Peacefully located at the edge of Radwinter and only five miles from Saffron Walden where we went to a concert at Saffron Hall. We will be back again soon!
