The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. My place is close to the coastal villages of Padstow, Port Issac, Boscastle, Tintagel, and the beautiful beaches of Widemouth and Polzeath. It is also on the edge of Bodmin Moor which is ideal for walkers. Camelford is an ideal base to explore North Cornwall . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. Unfortunatly due to the stairs and lack of safety features, this property is unsuitable for infants

Cowslip Cottage is a traditional 19th Century stone property at Botelet Farm. The garden is surrounded by a patchwork of meadows, with far reaching views down the valley towards Fowey and up to the iron age hill fort of Bury Down. The Tamblyn family have farmed, nurtured & styled the farm for 159 years, three generations live here today. Therapeutic massage available in our on-site treatment room.
