There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant historic building from the 18th century, without a lift. Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and kitchen accessories.
