Less then 5 miles from Downtown OTR , Stadiums, both Concert Venues Riverbend Riverfront Live and most of the city is 10 minutes by car! We love our home, Private Deck and Yard and hope you will too! UDF ICE CREAM, Starbucks, Brewery, River Access, Food, flea market, gas, Parks, Nature & Bike trails, Golf Courses all walking distance and everything else a very short drive away!

Update: Adults 21 and over only/2 adults max/No Children, No Pets & No Smoking anywhere on the property. New basement apartment/ high ceilings/private deck. 4 miles from the city, nice wooded backyard. Coffee on deck before going out to enjoy all the city has to offer. In the most historic, happening neighborhood in Cincinnati. Restaurants and bars just a 10 minute walk. Uber drivers in the area at a moments notice. This is the basement of our home, we are busy living and working upstairs.
