The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement just 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

My house is vintage style, combining modern and antique furniture. It has oak parquet on the floor and the ceiling is wooden too, with large windows. It gets the sun from the time it rises until dawn. It is strategically located, with a stunning view. 20 meters away we have "the ferro route" which is where the train from Ripoll to Ogassa passed, it is an idyllic walk, you can walk or cycle. It's 15 km away. From Camprodón, just over half an hour from Vallter 2000 and 15m from Olot

La Cort is one of the four apartments that make up El Guitart. It's located on floor -1 of the farmhouse. It has a large living room and a dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen. It has a double room with a double bed and a double room with two single beds. It also has a bathroom with a large shower. To the south, there's a large private terrace with a pergola and an outdoor dining area. The pool is shared with the other three apartments at El Guitart.
