La Torretta

Dimora storica del XIII sec. offre il massimo dei comfort moderni pur conservando intatta la sua suggestiva struttura medievale. La casa si sviluppa su due piani collegati da un’antica scala in pietra. Al primo si trova la zona giorno, composta da una cucina attrezzata, un accogliente salotto e unbagno di servizio; si accede direttamente alla terrazza privata. Al secondo piano si raggiunge la zona notte,con camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello per due persone e un bagno padronale.

The Lazy Oak

Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

La casa, completamente arredata ed indipendente si compone di un piano terra con ampio soggiorno (cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno), televisore con TV satellitare, un bellissimo camino e una grande tavola in legno e divano letto, arredato con mobili d'epoca in classico stile rustico toscano. Al primo piano: bagno con doccia e camera da letto (matrimoniale) con climatizzatore.
