This historic site, formerly used as a village-style olive oil factory, has been restored over three years to its current state. It consists of three buildings (oil mill, house, stable), all adjacent. The 120 square meter garden is surrounded by a 4-meter wall Transportation is required. It is 30 minutes from Troy and 10 kilometers from Assos. The nearest sea is 5 minutes away by car, and other bays are 15-20 minutes away. You can find excellent fish and meat dishes in the surrounding area.

Our guest house, located in the enclosed garden of our own detached house, is 200 meters from the sea in Assos Sivrice (Sokakağzı coast) and is surrounded by olive trees. The garden is a common area, but our guest house is independent of our own house and the living areas are separate. It has 1 double bed, kitchen (with supplies), bathroom, mini fridge, single sofa bed and TV. We have furry friends in the garden, cats and dogs.
