This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Super nice po ng place especially if galing kayo sa Kamay ni Hesus at napagod perfect place to rest. what I also liked is that they have a safe space for parking at Pet-Friendly sila for my fur baby. ♥️

Spoke to Tita Nena (Co-host) and she was the one who attended our needs with regard to the place. Parking fits our mini SUV (Tucson) and they even have an automatic washing machine that is free to use during stay. Thankful that we didn't need to find a laundromat anymore. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils. They provided bath towels. Though shower has low pressure on peak hours on the 2nd floor, they have a water heater so that's a plus for us! And lastly, we are very thankful that the place is pet friendly. Location is near Batangas Grand Terminal, a Petron gas station, diversion road and also only along Caltex road. This is the perfect place to book for me when visiting some of my relatives in Batangas City. :)

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. It was such a memorable Holy Week getaway for us! It was actually my partner’s extended family’s first time to stay in a big vacation home, and they were so excited. We’re happy to share that their expectations were truly met — the place was very homey, spacious, and perfect for our weekend bonding. We had such a fun and relaxing time! While the beach nearby wasn’t as clean as we hoped, we were still able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Seafront Residences’ pool was a huge plus — we made the most out of it! And of course, the Jacuzzi at SeaCove was a hit with everyone, young and old alike. Thank you so much, Ms. Rizza, for letting us stay in your beautiful unit. It really gave us the space and comfort we needed for this special family break. Hope to be back again soon!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

The location of Mariel’s property was peaceful and the place was exactly as described. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The AC was cool, the sheets were fresh, and the cooking stuff was very neatly organized. I have nothing bad to say, hope to come back soon. Thank you!

Worth the price since it's our first time visiting lucban . Walking distance sa bilihan and and most nagustuhan ko is the shower heater then near sa church . Mabait din ung anak inasist kami during the parking sa tapat lng but park at your own risks but overall good sya at affordable.Surely, visit soon! 😉🤗

ang ganda ng place, malinis and complete ang gamit sa kitchen, malapit din swimming pool kunting hakbang lbg 😍🥰, super accomnodating ang owner and responsible. mabilis dun mag reply sa inquiry ko, better to bring food to cook, at dapat early ang booking sa grab at lalamove if ever plan to order food, ganda rin ng view sa windmill and other restaurants sa upper part pa ng tower 1-2

The place is very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. Air conditioner works very well but most days we just left the doors to the balcony open because of the comfortable temperatures here in Tagaytay. I love sitting on the balcony and taking in the nature. During the day you see birds flying all over and at dusk you can see bats flying around eating up all the insects. Almost every morning you can wake up to a dense fog bank which usually clears out during the day. Most days were cloudy making a it difficult to see a nice sunset but it didn’t bother me at all. We had a few issues which were promptly dealt with by Cham. The stove stopped working and within a few hours we had a temporary stove delivered and the next day a new stove was installed. We had an issue with power to the wall outlets and were moved to another unit while the power was fixed within 24 hours. WiFi can be unreliable but I blame that on the provider not the host. Wonderful experience.
