This is a very spacious 2 bedroom living area. I added it’s own private entrance. There is no access to any other part of the house. I have modified one bedroom to include a mini kitchen, it does NOT have a stove. I provide a hot plate, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker, as well as basic dinning needs, plates, utensils & cups. Very quiet paved street & mountain view. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.

Fire pit (local fire restrictions permitting). Great central location near Patagonia, Bisbee, Tubac, Tombstone etc. Green friendly outdoors. Queen sized bed is located in the loft, there is no full bedroom. Please inform us of pets. * This property is off grid and does not have WiFi.*

The Charles Townhome is a quaint space that offers a peaceful stay for visitors to the Sierra Vista area. We are located five minutes from Fort Huachuca, 7 minutes from grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants. Our location also has easy access to the 90 Bypass. Guest have full access to the attached garage with additional parking if needed. For guest security an outdoor camera is located at the entrance of the home and turned off after check in.
