Communication with Roberta was excellent. Any questions, queries or details that have arisen have been resolved with timely communication. We had a great time:). I would just add that it is previously reported that on Wednesdays the pool is under maintenance, so that guests can be informed and there is total transparency (or maybe the publication says it and don't fix me:) ).

Very nice ! The place is just like the photos, it has everything, super equipped , comfortable and very cozy to spend a few days with the family. The condominium pool is very nice and large , the location of the apartment is close to the beach and the doorman of the condominium is super friendly and supports you in everything. It's definitely in our plans to go back !

Very good stay! My friends and I made the most of the apartment, super safe and very friendly people. The only bad thing is that we could not access the grill area but the stay was still worth it. The super clean apartment, very nice, Dante was super helpful at all times, super recommended. We'll definitely be back!

The beautiful house! Oceanfront and with direct access to the beach. Equipped with everything you need. Communication with Jacqueline and her super fluid husband. I highly recommend it!!

the Estadía was familiar allowed us to disconnect from the city and enjoy the beach that is a few steps away, the location is very good, we take our pets who had an incredible time, you have a very stocked shop nearby and you can even ask to take the bread to the apartment for breakfast. Galia is a super host, she is attentive to all requirements and always willing to attend them with the best willingness. The Internet is great, it reached the beach!!!. We would definitely come back!!!

Ivette, next to José -su Papá-, excellent hosts. They made our days of rest, an excellent experience. The apartment and condominium highly recommended. José and Ivett, they were always attentive to our queries. We wish them a lot of health and success.

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

Everything is fine, a condominium with all the services, complete market and restaurant with very good prices. The only thing to improve is the service of the lady who gave us the keys and who was supposed to be the cleaner. I do not warn us that bracelets were needed for the pool and were in a drawer in the hall so we had to come back up and did not put trash bags that was also nothing that could not be fixed. In short, it was 4 very pleasant days and we would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condominium is great, the beach is never crowded, the pools are cleaned frequently. The host was a great communicator. Would absolutely recommend.

The building is centrally located a few meters from the descent to the beach. The market and parks are close by so you can shop seamlessly to stock up. The apartment is very well distributed so taking family and/or friends will not be uncomfortable. It has a bike so you can go for a walk. The one that is PETFRIENDLY and has a nice terrace is also a super good thing. Overall we had a great time! Gloria's attitude and predisposition are a plus that few hosts give you. Thank you!

The apartment is a very well distributed and impeccable duplex, decorated with care and good taste. The rooms are spacious, 2 of them with a TV and one more TV in the living room, which is spacious. The apartment pool is beautiful, we also enjoyed it. All the appliances worked properly, in the kitchen there is a large refrigerator and in the dining room a medium minibar, both served us a lot. The cooler was also helpful because we took it to the beach with drinks. We didn't use the grill, but I saw it was spotless. The area is very safe to go at night to walk to the beach. Santa María is not commercial, it has the comfort and tranquility of a residential area 5 minutes from San Bartolo, where we went shopping and eating a couple of nights. We fell great that there was parking for 2 cars because we were as a family. I would definitely come back!

We were more than delighted with the place, the apartment is very comfortable, impeccable, modern, everything is very tidy and we try to leave everything in its place as we find it, hopefully it stays that way and future guests take care of it as we will return 🤗

Very nice accommodation, very close to the beach that my children enjoyed a lot, the apartment is very spacious, large and comfortable rooms. It has its own swimming pool that was the delight of the children. Includes amenities that make the stay a lot easier. Highly recommended for families with smaller children.

The apartment met the expectations, very well located if you want to move between the condominiums of Asia and very few meters from the Boulevard of Asia, I recommend it

Excellent experience, Jhonny from the very friendly first contact and quick to answer our concerns. Very kind condo staff as well. Everything as indicated in the description. The only thing that can improve is internet service, otherwise very good.

Many thanks to Daniel for his welcome and help at all times! The departamento had Internet adequate para can work. The indoor pool was ideal for my girl (2 years) as it is not deep, outside there were 2 more options of pools, and even the condominium has a small park with games for children. You can walk quietly on the seawall at night, we could enjoy the beach in the day, although it is true the sea is something moved in front of the condominium, but if you walk a few meters, you can find an area to be able to bathe. The option provided by the condominium restaurant is good, it has an internal store that sells you basic products and there is no need to go out. There are also restaurant delivery options from other condominiums if desired. The apartment felt very cool to be able to rest, despite the heat of the season. It was a 1 week escape with my family, and we're already thinking about coming back!

Great place to enjoy with family or friends! Valeria is an excellent host, at all times very friendly and responded very quickly and effectively. I help with a lot of things in the condo. I would definitely go again!
