Our apartment is tastefully well decorated and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is on a 3rd floor, however it’s easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, modern style bathrooms, 50" Flat Smart TV with cable service, free WIFI and Netflix, A/C, washer and dryer, and private balcony with pool view. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!

Cozy and family-friendly place, gated and safe with a beautiful view, perfect for easily connecting with the city's tourist places. You'll be 15 minutes from Sosua, 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from La Catalina restaurant, 9 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from Fun City. We have an inverter.

This space was prepared for our guests, with beach decorations so you can rest. We have a smart lock system. We give you a key and the loss of it implies the payment of US$50. The pool and common areas are open until 10:00 PM. In the middle of the night, you can hear music from the neighbors in the back.
