Great place and private and it’s quiet. If you want a peaceful place this is a go to place

Bill was not there during our stay but his wife Cristina welcomed us very warmly and was lovely. We had breakfast which was very good. The place was magical, better than in photos and once we arrived at the place, we were so sad to leave it. We loved it here!

The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. You are away from the hustle and buzzle of city life and it feels like your home. The balcony is a very good place to view the surroundings and have chat chat with your group and you can cook food. Water supply so abundant. Amenities are sufficient for the guests. My recommendation is to add a bbq pit where guests can have bbq and grill seafood.

The place is great for a large group

This is a must visit location if you are in the area! The entire apartment comes with two fully functioning air conditioners that really help to cut into the brutal heat of Leyte. The fridge is massive and looks brand new which will make storing food, a basic must for the area, simple and easy. There is a brand-new bathroom outside if you desire to use it. The heat in the main bathrooms water channel is incredibly easy to use and actually maintains the temperature. Gary also provides two high tech fans that can be used to further cool the residence. You won't need them, but they can be useful to help cancel some of the outside noise coming from the basketball court/road We rented a car from Gary while we were there (recommended) which unfortunately had a breakdown while we were using it. Within an hour, Gary had another car ready for us to use. Homer and Ann, his two workers, are available 24/7 which makes any issue you may have easily addressed We will be back!

This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever :) great communication with Laura, she was so friendly and helpful, and the scooter was perfect for getting to the diving resorts. Also all of the local people around were so welcoming that we felt very comfortable from the start. Amazing reef with corals for snorkeling was right in front of the door (we were able to rent gear from the jd beach front hotel). :) definitely will come here again!

Great place and at a great price! Our family loved it here. A wonderful place for the children to play. Amazing staff always with smiles.
