Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from June 1 until October 31.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

The house is very bright, recently renovated, and has all the amenities such as a 55 "TV with Smart TV, air conditioning and large terrace.The situation is exceptional, in an enclave with concierge, private security 24 hours, swimming pool with sunbeds and private parking included.The beach is 100 meters away, and in the surroundings you will enjoy all the possible services (Spa, wellness, Gym ..)
