A good shower, clean house, safe location. The apartment has a living room with smart TV, a sofa bed (which sleeps two people), a bookcase with a variety of books. An en-suite with a 1.38-meter massage mattress, desk, custom-built wardrobe with space and hangers to accommodate clothes, air-conditioning, and an extra single mattress. The kitchen is well equipped, with a table for four people, a cooktop stove, and a refrigerator. Bath towels and bed linens are available. NO GARAGE.
