Located within the Boathouse apartments, the property is a short walk from town, where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, the lagoon, beaches & more. This sophisticated apartment is perfect for a whitsunday escape or a holiday with your family and friends.

We live in a holiday complex, with a great pool, barbecue area,guest toilets and showers. We are 80 meters to the bus stop and 100 meters to the boardwalk that will take you into Airlie Beach. (45min easy walk) Coles and bottleshops are 10 minutes walk and the local gym is across the road, a laundry mat is only 100 meters away. If you are going on an overnight boat trip , your excess luggage can be left. If available I will drop you to yr boat. I do not charge a cleaning fee.

My place is in an amazing location, not only does it have amazing views of Abel Point Marina and Shingly Beach, they are only 8 mins walk away as well. The walk to town center is also only 10 min. ( This does involve a steep hill). You will find the balcony of the apartment is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day and watch the sunset over the bay. Property is NOT SUITABLE: FOR PARTIES, EVENTS OR SCHOOLIES STRICT 10PM CURFEW ON ANY NOISE.
