Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.
