Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cappadocia

Our trip to Erciyes, which lasted 3 days, was extremely enjoyable and comfortable thanks to the thoughtful houses of Mr. Mehmet and his wife. First of all, the welcome was very friendly and delightful, every detail that made the guests at home was thought out. There was even wood prepared especially for the cousin.. The potatoes, mushrooms and of course the kayseri sausage added a high level of pleasure to our holiday.. Our barbecue pleasure in the garden gave us a very nice time in the snowy garden of the house. We had an extremely warm stay thanks to the heating system of the house. The house is very comfortable and there is everything you can think of at home.. We would like to thank Mehmet and his wife very much for this beautiful experience. We would recommend peace of mind to everyone.

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay right in the heart of the city! This place was actually a former artist's workshop, and you still feel that spirit — it's inspiring in every corner. Everything was thought of in the house; the kitchen, bathroom were immaculate and brand new. The daytime heat has never been an issue thanks to the air conditioning. It's a great advantage to be within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The best part was the balloon tour and private guided city exploration that the host organized for me — I literally felt like a local!There is a hotel with a very nice terrace right next to the house, the bar is great, I had a very nice cocktail and I have never experienced anything like this before. If you are looking for a nice experience with both comfortable and a little unusual artwork, I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for 3 days during the holiday of Ramadan. The villa was more beautiful than the pictures. Iclal Hn has thought of everything down to the finest detail. There's nothing you can't find in the house. There was more than enough. There are all kinds of electrical appliances, including a tumble dryer. Tea,sugar, flour cleaning supplies, onions, etc. for us in the kitchen, you can shop for food from the grocery store and come. We stayed with 3 families comfortably. The house was very clean. The location was nice, close to everything. You can watch the balloons fly from the house around 6.5 and 7 in the morning. Our owner was such a sweet lady. He referred it to a friend who would be helpful for balloon flight and other activities. You can choose with peace of mind. We would like to thank him.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome and appreciated the warm relationship with the hosts. The view from the terrace is just breathtaking - we spent long moments just taking in the fantastic scenery while enjoying the delicious breakfast. The whole place is enveloped in a calm, creative atmosphere, which is good for body and soul. I strongly recommend!

There was nothing missing from the house. It was a spacious and clean house. We stayed for 2 nights. It was a very nice experience to be able to watch the balloons from the balcony in the morning. I would like to thank Mr. Kamil for his kindness and kindness.

The view was amazing and the bed was super comfortable, our host gave us loads of tips and he was very sweet. Overall it was a great experience and worth it.

The accommodation is wonderful, a fantastic house in the elevated part of Avanos, easy to reach by car and that enjoys a privileged view of the entire valley below. The balconies are actually the most striking part of the house, they also allow you to see in the distance the spectacle of the hot air balloons in the morning. The rooms are spacious, spacious and clean, uniquely furnished, very beautiful and functional bathrooms and hammam that gives a unique and original style. The welcome was fantastic, the presentation of the house as well as the help given by the owners in organizing any activity that you want to join on the days of the stay. We were able to organize the hot air balloon flight on very short notice and we didn't think it would happen! Thank you for everything, I will definitely choose thisplace once again if I have to return to Cappadocia, Avanos, a sweet village outside the tourist spot!

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. Absolutely loved Tilbe’s home. The decor, thought and extra touches put into the home were all so artistic and beautiful. Communication from start to end was fantastic and Tilbe is super quick to respond. We loved how beautiful the garden and area was, so so lovely to come home to peaceful tranquil surroundings after traipsing through Goreme and the more touristy areas. The home is so wonderfully warm and the water and water pressure was fantastic and so blissful. Thanks so much Tilbe!

House was pristine, very homey, with very peaceful neighborhood.Just exactly what I was looking for. Host was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.Thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, the three bedrooms and the kitchen are very characteristic and tastefully furnished. The terrace is beautiful, perfect for breakfasts and dinners with views. The view is breathtaking, perhaps the best possible on the castle of Ortahisar. Cem is available for any requests and help, he also organized us a beautiful typical breakfast at ortahisar.olimbera (which I highly recommend).
