Captiva Cottage #3Cottage #3 has views of the bay northeast and southeast, especially nice from the screened lanai. It is close to the pool and grill area. The oversize shower is easy step-in and the bathroom has accessibility features like grip bars. The cottage has framed art on the walls and a 32-inch flatpanel cable TV with DVD and VHS. Cottage #1 was completely redecorated (2016) and is fresh, clean and like new.
Captiva Beach HouseFredrickson’s Corner is steps to Captiva’s world famous beaches and Village. The house is an incredibly charming 3 bedroom / 2 bath cottage and is tastefully decorated with modern finishes and touches. With vaulted ceilings and numerous windows the sun shines bright. The master suite large and spacious and the guest rooms offer plenty of comfort for family and guests. House is extremely kid friendly. We stock a pack and play, beach towels, beach chairs and numerous beach toys & board games.
