Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

The house is in an excellent geographical location. One hour from San Jose or you can go to the beaches. It has two environments: being close to the sea, it has a tropical climate, and in the countryside, there are different kinds of birds. It has a swimming pool and a ranch, for the use of the tenants. We are close to Jacó where you can enjoy a large number of beaches: Pógeres beach in 15 minutes. You can visit the Peñón in Guacalillos, Carara National Park, and the Caves of Baja Mar.
