Toby’s apartment in Barbados was a fantastic place to stay. It was spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to local shops and restaurants. The pool is a real highlight: clean, well-kept, and great for relaxing after a day out. Communication with Toby was excellent; he was friendly and always quick to respond if any issues came up, which gave us real peace of mind during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, from good air con to a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, a great base for exploring the island and a lovely place to come back to each day. Highly recommend!

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. But hands down, our favorite part was the pool. Most of the time, we had it completely to ourselves, along with the hot tub, which made it feel like our own private resort. The trees and lush plants surrounding the pool gave serious luxury vibes. Inside, everything was spotless. Watching the sunset from any of the three balconies felt like a dream. We also really appreciated the extras, beach towels, a cooler, and chairs made our beach days super easy. The location couldn’t have been better in my opinion! Only 8–12 minutes from Arashi, Palm, and Eagle Beach, and about 40 minutes to Baby Beach (which is 100% worth the drive!). There’s even a mini market just 2 minutes away with better prices than the big supermarkets. I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vincent's condo. It was clean, well organized, and just steps to the beautiful pool. It is about a 15-minute walk to Encurento Beach for us, but keep in mind we are seniors. Im sure avid walkers could shorten this to 10 minutes. We highly recommend staying here. We plan to return next year. The Co-Host Guillaume checked in with us to make sure our needs were met and went above and beyond our expectations to make us comfortable. A five-star rating from us.

We loved the White House! It was our first time on Isla Mujeres and I'm so glad we chose to stay in a neighborhood home, rather than a hotel downtown. La Patrona restaurant is one black away and has amazing food & drinks. There are little bodegas around for anything else you need. House was comfortable and clean, we especially liked the patio/balcony in the evenings. Marco was great, excellent communication, very helpful! Thank you!

Amazing place just for steps away from the beach and the beach club! Our host Silvio and Mario where always super attentive and responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Would highly recommend staying here and will definetly be coming back! We had a blast!

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Excellent place to stay. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect distance to everything. Could easily picture living here. Diana was very responsive and informative. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We really loved Diana’s place.

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Javier is an excellent host. He replied immediately, communicated clearly. He met us at check in and gave clear instructions on how to get in the secured building, gave several good suggestions on places to visit, local restaurants, nearby supermarket. The place is a bit outdated, but it is right at the beach within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket, and you can see and hear ocean from the window. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. Overall it’s a nice and secure place and Javier is a great host.

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Sami was a great host. He was proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy guests throughout our stay. The condo itself was simple and had everything we needed. The pools in the common area are beautiful and get great afternoon sun. The Kay Beach Club that is available for guests is excellent and the public beach access is great. There’s a sandy walk in to the ocean that was great for kids to play in. The Tulum Country Club grounds are beautiful and the selection of restaurants close by are delicious options. O’Tan had a neat farmers market on Saturday morning and had live music on Sunday night - both were awesome. All in all, we had a fantastic stay - thanks Sami!

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.
