Marienburg Casa Cariló 50 meters from the beach

The house has 3 bedrooms plus a service room in the basement with a bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, a toilet and shower in the basement. We also have a 30 square meter terrace on the first floor and a beautiful garden and a covered gazebo with grill in the garden attached to the exit of the kitchen. We are only 50 meters from the beach and the house has ocean view. Cariló Centro is only 15 blocks from the house and Pinamar can be reached quickly by car or bus.
