Holiday rentals in Carnaza Island

Great stay in the mini house! We were 3 friends and each had our bed. The AC works well at the top and bottom so it's still cool. Lunch included is appreciated! The host was always quick to meet our needs! Attention: not suitable for people with disabilities, the stairs are very narrow and steep! For the price, that's really great!

The room was very clean, and the space was beautifully decorated with the owner’s artwork displayed throughout—it created such a lovely atmosphere. The owner was also incredibly kind and shared so much helpful information with us. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful and memorable stay today.

The place was so amazing. My family were so elated to stay in your place. The following are the comments for the place. *well-maintained, very clean and very organize *the host is so accommodating, approachable, friendly and very informative regarding the island's nice features *Electricity and water is good *the kitchen utensils were complete *the place has a very big backyard, ideal for party or family get together *they also provide free welcome drinks and coffee *the host is charming Over-all, our stay in Malapascua was awesome and worthwhile.❤😍❤

We had a great stay. We stayed for a week and needed to still work, so it was ideal to have a table, internet, and a kitchen. It's within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and lots of small stores nearby for drinks, etc. Both Lars and the caretaker Joralyn were super helpful and accommodating. Would for sure stay here again!

This was such a wonderful experience. It is beautiful and the pictures and amenities are exactly as expected. We also took advantage of booking the house helper that was available for an extra fee. Ami was an amazing house helper. She is a wonderful cook and assisted with anything that we needed. While we didn’t need to accompany her to the market, I asked if I could because I wanted the experience, and she was always happy to allow me to come with if I liked. She was very nice and personable. The Host clearly makes an effort to choose quality people to assist their guests. Any time I needed to reach out to the host, they were very responsive and helpful. They set up private transport to and from Cebu City for us and also offered to set up any excursions that we might want to do during our stay. I will definitely choose to stay at Casa Nova again when I next return to Malapascua.

Top accommodation! Marciano and Victoria were very helpful. The property was well equipped and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but the outdoor shower worked perfectly. We will be happy to come back:)

owner was accommodating even with the same day booking and considering it was a holiday. they got the place ready in just hours :) will recommend this to everyone visiting the area. this is at par if not better than the transient house/inns nearby 😊
