But we are also 10 minutes from Meijer and a slew of restaurants in town. We are 9 minutes from IU Health Hospital and 14 minutes from Franciscan Health Laf. Hospital for traveling health care workers. Located 22 minutes from Purdue University we cater to boilermaker families as well!

Relax with the family at this peaceful little cottage hidden away but close to many amenities. It’s 10 minutes from Indiana Beach, 30 minutes from Purdue University, and just a short walk to the Madam Carroll and Sportsman restaurant. It has a friendly neighborhood and includes a dock walking distance from the home. The kids can swim in shallow areas of the dock. Papaw’s Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away, in the middle of Indiana heartland! This is a peaceful country setting in a farming community. It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Papaw’s barn is a detached building away from the main house with parking. If you enjoy relaxing views of the country, in the middle of Indiana heartland, this is the place for you!

Cozy Cottage

Camden is in a small farming community in Carroll County. You may even see a horse and buggy go by in the morning. We have a great breakfast and lunch place 2 blocks away. Outside of town you have to visit the 218 Market that has great baked goods and lots of other goodies. Delphi is 7 miles away and has several good restaurants, trails to hike and the Wabash & Erie Canal Center. We are a short drive to Lafayette and Purdue via the Heartland highway.

Cottage on Lake Freeman

3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
