Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Taken off or landing, this is the spot. No smart TV's. No cleaning fees unless you bring an animal its 25.00 per animal/pet. A great location and it’s all around easy at this unique tranquil getaway. Check in anytime as long as current guest is out and turn over is completed we'll do our best to accommodate. Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

“Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!
