Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. Just like the owner, she loves to explore outside but was none too happy if she didn't have a full stomach followed by a warm dry cozy bed for the night. We named this cabin Fern so when you are done exploring the beautiful area you would be happy.
