I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

The host was incredibly welcoming and sweet. I received help in any questions i had during my stay at the apartment. The apartment was amazing, very good space, comfortable furniture and everything I need during my stay was included in the apartment. Worth every bit of the price given for such an apartment.

Ev Sahibi gayet ilgili, ev temiz ve yeniydi, duş jeli, şampuan, ütü, saç kurutma makinası, ev terliği , deterjanına kadar herşeyi düşünülmüştü, evde sadece televizyon , koltuk ve halı eksik, bunlarda tamamlandığında bence mükemmel olur, herşey için teşekkürler. 5 yıldızlı konaklama.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

Вефа огромное спасибо за гостеприимство! Квартира находится в хорошем районе с красивым видом с балкона. В шаговой доступности большие супермаркеты, транспорт под окном и большая парковка возле дома. Вефа - Один из лучших хостов за мой многолетний опыт пользования AirBnb. Очень отзывчивая, эмпатичная, всегда на связи и готова помочь. Всем рекомендую.

Turqay is an amazing host. Our stay went very nice. we did late check in and Turqay was proactive, he sent us the pictures and videos of the place and where he put the keys. The apartment is same as described in the photos. there were extra towels, WiFi, soap,cooking utensils. the place is a stones throw away from nizami street and every touristy place is reachable within 15 minutes walk. we even got locked out of the apartment at 3 am in the night and Turqay was very accommodating we called him at night and he arranged for the keys to the apartment. He is also fluent in English which is a plus.

Konum olarak bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibi gerçekten çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Ev tertemiz ve çok ferahtı. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde hiç tereddtüsüz konaklamak isteriz. Bir de binanın altında büyük bir zincir market var her ihtiyacımızı karşılayabildik. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Un appartement idéalement situé dans le lacis des ruelles de la vieille ville. Nargiz fut une personne très à l'écoute et très flexible. Un grand merci à elle pour son hospitalité et son aide précieuse. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour : wifi de qualité, air conditionné... Nous recommandons vivement.
