Delizioso monolocale, al primo piano di un elegante e storico palazzo. Affaccio su Piazza del Mercato ("il salotto della citta'). Appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca, fornito di tutto il necessario. Piccolo e accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, perfetto come base per esplorare la citta'. Da qui infatti si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti i principali monumenti: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana e Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e solitari.
“The apartment is excellent, clean, very nice, very central on the market square, easy to reach, has everything you need even for cooking. Felicita and her friend were very kind, they gave us great information for our holiday, check in and out was very easy. Make sure you are a heavy sleeper like ours, because (at least in our period) the market square (right under the windows, which is too hot to close) is noisy until very late in the evening!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Silvia’s. When we first stumbled upon this gorgeous property, with that dreamy pool, it seemed too good to be true. But everything was as perfect in real life as it appears online. Silvia is a very thoughtful and gracious host, who is passionate about her home. She even provided very generous servings of yummy breakfast items for us to enjoy throughout our stay. The little house is just perfect, spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. The kitchen is compact and contains everything you need to self-cater comfortably. The bed is really big and comfortable, the bathroom is lovely with a beautiful rain-head shower. The pool is utterly gorgeous, and we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves for the duration of our stay. Swimming in that sparkling water while soaking in those views was truly special. The real surprise for us was the pretty, private garden in front of our accomodation. When we weren’t at the pool, we were enjoying the views from the garden, including watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll by. While Silvia and her sweet family do live in the attached property, at no stage did we feel a lack of privacy. The location is just incredible, overlooking the beautiful Italian countryside. The surrounding region is dotted with the most charming medieval hillside villages, which are within just a short 10-30 minute drive of the property. Each morning we woke up early to enjoy the sunrise and eat breakfast in the garden, before heading out to visit a nearby village. But we made sure to be back by mid afternoon to enjoy some sun and swims, before a sunset drink by the pool. Silvia offered some great information about local spots to visit, and local food/wines to try. She also had excellent restaurant recommendations and even phoned ahead for us, to be sure a little spot was open. Silvia did her best to ensure our week under the Umbrian sun was comfortable and memorable! Thanks Silvia, we had a wonderful stay and hope we can visit again one day!”
My accommodation is located in the town of Spoleto, the structure is recently realized in reinforced concrete in compliance with the new anti-seismic rules. You will love it because it is near the center but at the same time immersed in the greenery, you will have a whole house and you can also cook and eat in the garden. It is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, and families with children. Pets are allowed only in the outside area that is at your disposal.
“We stayed 3 days in Sergio's apartment and had a great time. Very large apartment, very clean, all new and full of very nice and original details where we later discovered that it was Sergio himself with his hands. Very quiet and private outdoor environment. In the morning you could only hear the crowing of the cock and for us who love silence and peace there was nothing more beautiful. Sergio is a very helpful guy. Apartment a few kilometers from the most important historic centers to visit such as Spoleto, Trevi, Montefalco, Spello, Rasiglia, Colfiorito ...
