Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The terrace overlooking the Aragonese Castle

The apartment is not far from the village of Ischia Ponte and the Aragonese Castle, which can be reached in a few minutes by a downhill road located in front of the apartment or along the romantic staircase of Via Sorronzano. If you love diving into the sea early in the morning, reach the small beach of S.
