Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

There are three very similar apartments for two people, with the same level of facilities and the same views. They retain the architectural style of the original building. The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the protagonist is the wood burning fireplace located in the living room; on the first floor the terrace-balcony overlooking the valley floor and the mountains. Everything ready for you to rest and enjoy yourself.

This barn owned by our grandmother Amelia has become a mixture of the past and the present where you can breathe tranquility and enjoy all the comforts you can imagine. La Casa del Pastor de Villanueva de Gumiel

The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the closest of the street on which it is located. This house has been renovated to the fullest respecting its old architecture but oriented to endow it with the current amenities and suitable for the enjoyment of the tenants who occasionally inhabit it.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.
