I offer you an indoors real local tapas crawling journey, based on traditional dishes. Over 3 hours we’ll be visiting 4 spots. A market cuisine restaurant, a well-kwown ice-cold beer bar for locals, a new slow food tavern, and a one-century old bodega in a high quality and non-touristy tapas area, which madrileños love. You'll be able to see people from Madrid going out for real tapas. And you'll feel like one of us. All the included spots are family-owned bussines, and I'm lucky to know the owners (David, Jesús, José and Paco) since many years ago. I grew up in this fantastic district called Chamberí and I have been trying their many bars and dishes thoughout my life, so I know them... in detail! Quedaremos en la puerta de la Bodega Subterránea Santa María (situada en calle cascajar n 1 (en el mismo edificio de la Carnicería Santa María). Por favor después de reservar para verificar la reserva llamen al teléfono que les aparece. Maribel explicará el plano de la cuidad que es del año 1503 (el más antiguo de España). El original se conserva en Simancas (Valladolid). Luego bajaremos a la bodega para la explicación de sus características arquitectónicas y geológicas. Allí podéis preguntar todo lo que queráis. Os explicaremos las partes más importantes de las bodegas y lo diferente de esta bodega en comparación con las 150 bodegas que hay en Aranda. ¡No os olvidéis traer vuestra cámara de fotos para inmortalizar un bonito momento en Aranda de Duero! Luego subiremos para la degustación de un vino que hemos seleccionado como uno de los mejores vinos de la Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero que si os gusta puedes comprar en nuestra tienda junto con otros importantes y buenos vinos. También habrá una tapa para disfrutar de ese vino. Otros aspectos destacables Se puede aparcar gratuitamente a 5 minutos andando. En el parking de Calle Quinta Julia, 21. Come with me on a intimate tour with a nice mix of history, architecture, fun anecdotes, a few jokes and really, really, tasty food (Not the mainstream, cliché, touristy food!). We'll start at the Plaza Mayor and then make our way through the old village, stopping at a local market to enjoy some entrees and drinks. Then continue our historical journey through the most ancient and interesting parts of the old town, to finally end before the majestic Royal Palace. After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really classic local restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering food and local drinks. Of course, aside from the food goodies, we will get an opportunity to chill, know each other better and share some laughs. Come and see Madrid through my eyes, I want to make you feel as if you're walking through the city with a bunch of friends but one of them happens to know a lot about it and is more than willing to share the knowledge with you! Madrid Wine and Tapas Tour

This is a Chinese, a Bolivian, and a Spanish that... No, it's not a joke. It's the day-to-day life of the neighborhood. Usera is a working-class neighborhood home to 5% of Madrid's population. Usera is home to Spain's largest Asian and Bolivian community. A neighborhood that speaks Mandarin, Quechua, and Spanish Chinese, among other languages. I suggest a circular trip that will start outside its municipal market. From there, we will visit streets with urban art murals decorating facades as well as the largest concentration of sun dials in the world: 17 in a square kilometer. I will tell you about post-war architecture, evolution in urban and social models, representative buildings and characteristic elements for you to recognize their age. You'll also be able to see old photos and compare them to the present look. During the tour we will visit a Chinese bar and a Bolivian bar and a total of two drinks and two snacks per person during the tour, to choose from options adapted to the group. There will also be time to try your luck: We will finish the visit with a bingo game. The neighborhood walking tour is 2 km and they are comfortably covered, with numerous breaks. I'll take my professional photo camera with me and take the photos you want for you. On this atypical tour you can learn new things and discover a genuine, multicultural and non-touristy part of Madrid.

Vineyards, castles and medieval Rioja

I will pick you up y car and cross the Ebro river to Basque land, but still we will be in Rioja area. All the trip will be beetwen vineyards and always having San Lorenzo and Cantabria mountains at north and south. A permanent pleasure for your eyes. First stop will be in the ruins of an enormous Roman bridge that was connecting during centuries both sides of this important river. Then we will have a nice walk in the medieval town of Laguardia, you will have time to get lost in its narrow streets, also you will e able to see the panoramic of almost whole Rioja. After it i will bring you to a magical place, a prehistoric dolmen,"The Witch's Hut", this place will take you to another moment of our history. then we will visit the medieval village of Briones, on of the most iconic places in Rioja, from there we will enjoy meanders of river Ebro and in autumn its colors. We will have a typical lunch, first dish, second, wine and dessert at Rodezno. After it we will visit the amazing Davalillo Castle just in the heart of river Ebro, from which we will have a privileged view of the magical Ebro valley.
